Hello fellow Landscapers and valued Larrabee’s Landscaping customers! I’d like to welcome you to our first ever website article. Today we are going to be reflecting on our first ever driveway sealing job. We started sealing driveways this past august. So August 30,2025.We elected to take on the challenge for one of valued customers of 3 years. The job was a half day project. The driveway was a 4,000 sq ft project. For any landscapers of clients reading this article , we use an app called “Lawn Buddy” a software for landscaping on the go developed in (2016) by Steven Werner and Phil Matthews. The software “Lawn Buddy is how we make sure our square footage is accurate on jobs. For 4,000 sq ft we used 15 buckets of airport grade driveway sealer. We used airport grade because it’s rated to last 10 years. The job ran smoothly with 2 crew members. We ended up adding driveway sealing to our list of services last year in 2025 and now this year in 2026. Driveway sealing has become more popular in the Duchess county region . We look forward to adding more driveways to our list this 2026 season.
